Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed through an online marketplace follow that marketplace's return process. Start your return from your order history on the marketplace.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, opened pet food, treats and grooming products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
